a typical diet for me lately

A typical diet for me lately has been similar to this:

eggs(w/cheese, green pepper, onions) and bacon for breakfast, salad and meat (hamburger patty w/cheese) for lunch, greens and meat (fried chicken, catfish, seafood) for dinner. Usually drink more than 100 ounces of water on any given day.

Actually just post your diet here, this is fine. But please explain more, the times you eat, exactly how much you eat, big difference in eating 1 serving in something and eating 5 servings.
 
Well I usually eat about 3 times a day, I've had a habit in the past of snacking in the evening but as of the last week and a half I've managed to give that up. Also as of this week I've determined to eat at least 3 hours before my bedtime.

My breakfast is usually not to big, maybe 2-3 eggs and 3-4 pieces of bacon

My lunch consists of about 2 cups of lettuce and 1 slice of turkey, ham and cheese to combine for a chef salad. Sometimes I'll have a cheesburger w/o the bun to go with it.

Dinner is usually greens (collard) for me lately, I would guess about 1 cup. Then I'll usually have chicken or fish, anywhere from 3-5 pieces.

And as I mentioned before I typically drink at the minimum about 90-100 ounces of water. Lately its been more because I've been working out.

First thing to do is have 6 smaller meals throughout the day..

For breakfast what I would recommend is eat 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg and replace bacon with oatmeal.

2nd meal what I eat is 1 can of tuna and 3 servings of green veggies with olive oil

3rd meal for me is same as one, except I may eat a salad with tuna in it

4th meal is just a snack, usually contains 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese and flax seed oil

5th meal is a chicken breat with some more green veggies

6th meal is cottage cheese with flax seed oil


What is your stats far as weight and heigth? You may need to add more calories due to your weight. Also I supplement in in protein shakes in there also and also pre workout meal I didn't include. I consume around 1800 calories a day on my cutting diet. If maintaining I'll take in 2000 calories.. If bulking I'll take in around 2200-2500. I also replace the tuna meal sometimes with steak.
