A test of strength

I'm mid-cycle right now and enjoying the effects of fina, Swole's diet, Yohimburn DF, and early-AM high-intensity cardio to the max. But I feel like I'm not pushing myself enough.

So what I did yesterday was buy 12 Dunkin' Donuts, have one and a half last night cuz it was cheat day, and left the 10.5 others spread out all through my apartment. My goal is to make it through the week without even LICKING one of those things.

I'm seeing my ex this weekend - last time she saw me I was a fatass at around 13% (I'm not sure what my bf is right now but I can see abs - I sure as hell couldn't back then). If I can make it through this I can make it through everything.

For anybody who followed the Fukkenfatsmoothandlazy thread on AF, this is my version of it. I will be posting bi-daily updates to let you know how close I've come to giving in to the urge. If this is not a test of determination I don't know what is.

It's hard but I know I can do this...
 
yeah its weird when I bulk I can avoid junk better and am full/satisfied all the time. But the second I start planning to get ripped I start getting cravings for dunkin donuts and pepperoni pizza and doritos and crap like that.
