2/14 work out was just as lame, cuz it was legs, but my hams are fvkin fried from them

knee started hurting, called it quits at that point

then did some machine work on the sitting ham machine, and the lying ham machine

also did leg extensions cuz they dont hurt to bad

and then did some standing calf raises on the machine, to include a rest/pause set with 405 for a total of 38 reps...legs felt good after that and today they are Tizzight!

all my work for tri's are done on the cable machine right now, just to get a good pump, not really worrying about strength, while I am trying to give my shoulder/collarbone a rest still, cuz DAMN it is pissing me off
st bar cable push down
5 sets up to 190
rope push downs
5 sets up to 130
single arm press down
3 sets up to 70

Standing EZ bar curl
50+bar x5
70+bar x5
90+bar x5

sitting DB curls
30x8
40x8
50x6 started getting strain in the collarbone/shoulder

cable bar curl
cant remember weight, but good pump

and thats it...nothing really good, my arms will not even get close to sore tomorrow, but it makes me feel better that I got into the gym!!
