Hi everyone,
Well as some of you know i started my first ever aas cycle this week:500mg test eantate along with 30mg dbol x5 weeks.My question is i am not a bodybuilder or powerlifter just a trainee who loves the iron game,i have been training for 6 years in my dungeon with a rack,barbell,dembells and shrug bar.
Of course i'm still looking for some size along with a couple goals i have with some lifts.Is lifting three times a week too infrequent to reap the benefits of the as?
I'ts a pretty basic routine focusing on the basic lifts.I could add another day consisting of "light"stuff and high reps.Here is my routine which i am 4 weeks in.
Mon-Wide grip partial deadlift,chins,bench,flys,grip and ab work.
Wed- rear delt raises,oh press,shrugs,Bicep and forearm work.
Friday-Hip belt squat,calf raises,Weighted Dip,Bent arm pullover,tri extensions,pullups.
I have a goal of 200 overhead press,300x10 belt squat,280-290 bench,400x8 deadlift.That's it,pretty basic.
