There's any danger if a train legs the same day of injection?. I have to workout in the mornings due to my work schedule, so tomorrow i'll have my injection first thing in the morning and about 2 hours later will be working out my legas. Besides some pain I don't know if there's any danger or risk stretching hard that zone....(i do glute injections)

You can work it out, but if you feel it hurting do not continue because then you will not be able to walk or sit. Trust me I have gone through that before in my newbie years.

honestly, I have injected 30 minutes before leg workout...250mg sust. Didn't notice a difference. I think your safe.

i always inj 1 hr before workouts ,teriffic pumps -no problems!
