lifting for about 4 years.

have used AAS in the past only been on 8-12 week cycles. about 4 or so cycles under my belt

I just came off from a 4 month prop/eq cycle. I have been off for about 3 weeks, recovered very well I think. I still feel like I am on. No change in the gym. I lost some water but, I prefer to be lean. I am very happy with the results.

I think my nat. test levels are back to normal. I still feel like super-hero in the gym. Of course I am not the same super-man.... but you get the idea....

I think my use of Arimidex and Nolva during. with HCG towards the end had much to do with it.

Now I can and dont have a problem waiting 4 months to get back on. I understand the time on = time off theory. But, what do you guys think of a shorter time off, since I recovered so well?

I think, depending on your dosages, that there is probably still some eq floating around in your system and you will notice more of a dropoff once that is completely gone.

bro, not to bring you, but loos of times it takes me 3 weeks before i know if i am gonna crash. You might be thru the rough spot because of the compounds you used, but keep an eye open

There are plent of documented studies that show a PCT with either clomid or nolva will recover people with hypogonadism within about a month. Of course there are the outliars that can recover in half the time, or double or even triple the time (highly

The best thing to do is to get a blood test after your PCT. If you have not successfully recovered with the aid of clomid and/or nolvadex it can take your body a long long time to recover naturally, anywhere from 3 months ( a VERY liberal estimate) to 6 months (a more likely timeframe) or even a year (higher chance of this if you were on an extended period of time with highly suppresive compounds). Note: these are only rough estimates and are dependent on an individual type basis, depending which compounds personally shut you down the worse, how long you've been on cycle, etc.

SO, the best course of action is this. Do an aggresive PCT. one study that pops into my mind is a guy that was doin test at 1.5 grams per day along with an insane amount of anadrol for 8 months, all his levels restored by 4 weeks at 100mg clomid per day, this is one option that you can mimmick. I can't remember the other doseages and timeframes for the other studies regarding the hypogonadism studies and the various drugs and timeframe that restored levels to normal. I can post up the study if I can find it or you can search for it, it was recently posted here on EF

Once you're done with PCT, get your bloodwork done, do a full panel, lipid, kidney, liver, etc. and also do hormone tests, I forget the specific ones, but obviously testosterone levels, DHT levels, estrogen levels, that's all I can remember off the top of my head.

the full panel test may not be as relevant if you didn't do orals or something as harsh as tren, as most studies show test doesn't have adverse effects on any of the organs I mentioned, at least this is what I recall I may be wrong. But still, better be safe than sorry. If you did take orals and your lipids are fucked, you may want to adjust your next cycle according. Or if your kidneys are outta whack maybe cut back on the tren. I'm not even sure if there is evidence that tren can affect the kidneys, but something tells me I did run across some scientific evidence that did show it can have an effect.

the hormone tests are essential. As I said before ideally your hormone levels should be back on track with the assistance of the proper PCT with somethin like clomid/nolva. However, if your hormones are still outta whack after the PCT, I would do another course of PCT and get tested again.

I think you're going ahead of yourself and in for a big suprise within the next couple of weeks. From my own conclusions through various studies, experiences, etc. I believe that your body can support some of the muscle mass gained from a cycle for a short period of time after the cycle is over, this depends on genetics and to some extent diet, but I'd say anywhere from 3-4 weeks before gans start to dramatically grop.

The point will eventually arise where our body is fighting even harder to get back to homeostasis and this is when "deflation period occurs". This usually happens to me around the time PCT is over (still researching why this happens) and i'm sure it may vary with other people. Our bodies are just not able to support the amount of muscle mass we gain off steroids once our natural hormone levels are restored. I don't care how much you eat post-cycle, our hormones simply CAN NOT support the extra muscle.

HOpe this helps bro. If anyone doubts anything ive said, let me know and i'll be happy to back it up with studies.
