He didn't kill the other guy. He closed the room that they were in and walked out.

I think the doc lived. He was afterall Robin Hood.

He could'nt have taken drugs. He was electrocuting those guys at will.

The doc was alive at the end of the movie. What happens after that is in SAWII.
