We often hear to "be careful splitting up pushing and pulling days as this could lead to overlap...especially on the biceps and triceps"...but how true is this?
I ask because I am hitting chest\back 2x a week along with shoulders\arms 2x a week(very few sets for arms though, and i might only do shoulders 1x a week) and I don't want to overwork my bis and tris...
I feel that I recover fairly quickly from workouts..also my body is used to a higher frequency of training..never done 1x a week per muscle group...
Really interested to hear some responses especially from the high frequency advocates(I am one of them hehe)
