The last thing you have to worry about is getting fat.
Your metabolism is kicking your ass. You obviously need more food in your diet. In order for your muscles to grow, you have to feed them. Even if you did take roids and just ate like you do now, you wouldn't gain that much weight.
There are plenty of movements you should still be able to do that will help your physique. Although, you didn't say your pec was injured until your last post... that could hurt your development.
But either way, food will make you bigger. Your whole body will get bigger, your structure will grow. Your bodyfat is going to have to increase if you want to add weight. While your body is recovering, you should eat everyfuckingthing in sight, drink at least two 1000+ calorie shakes a day, so when you can start lifting like a fucking madman again... you'll be able to be a big fucking madman.
The bottom line is... No matter the intensity of your workouts, I can look at you and easily tell that although you may think you do... you DO NOT EAT ENOUGH FUCKING FOOD!!!
If you don't give your body what it needs for growth... you could lift all day long... you still wouldn't get what you need... and that is mass.
Food, food, food.
