See, I am a skinny little wuss!

I blame it on my injured glute, can't do deads and squats.

Oh, that and, I eat like the people from the fat board.

May I recommend test, dbol, and maybe some deca??? That and about 5,000 calories per day.

I used to have a build like you. Put 35 pounds on with your lean ass self... pussy will approach you from the moment you walk into a joint... and leave with you when you tell her to.

The difference of lifestyles is fucking incredible.

But... if you've never used steroids... I wouldn't want to put you under the gun... that's all on you.

Either way you have to eat A LOT more. Also, are you using any high calorie/protein shakes???

I was about 10 lbs heavier this fall when I was working out really hard and eating like a horse but since my 2 injuries working out has been touch and go :(
 
If I eat a ton but I am taking it easy on the workouts since my glute is injured (my right pec is too) will I get bigger or just fat.
 
The last thing you have to worry about is getting fat.

Your metabolism is kicking your ass. You obviously need more food in your diet. In order for your muscles to grow, you have to feed them. Even if you did take roids and just ate like you do now, you wouldn't gain that much weight.

There are plenty of movements you should still be able to do that will help your physique. Although, you didn't say your pec was injured until your last post... that could hurt your development.

But either way, food will make you bigger. Your whole body will get bigger, your structure will grow. Your bodyfat is going to have to increase if you want to add weight. While your body is recovering, you should eat everyfuckingthing in sight, drink at least two 1000+ calorie shakes a day, so when you can start lifting like a fucking madman again... you'll be able to be a big fucking madman.

The bottom line is... No matter the intensity of your workouts, I can look at you and easily tell that although you may think you do... you DO NOT EAT ENOUGH FUCKING FOOD!!!

If you don't give your body what it needs for growth... you could lift all day long... you still wouldn't get what you need... and that is mass.

Food, food, food.

If you'd like... post what you ate today... and if you bother, don't bother lying about it. We can all see you eat for shit my man.

1 whole wheat bagel
1 banana
1 big glass OJ
1 big glass skim milk

12pm:
1 PBJ sandwich
1 "large" bowl of chili from my work's cafeteria
2 milk cartons, again skim
1 orange

3pm:
1 chocolate milk carton
1 banana

5pm:
a thing of tuna

7:30pm:
1/2 a pack of spaghetti
1 chicken breast
1 crown of broccoli
1 'largish' bowl of corn

It's 10:30pm now and I'm gonna have some milk and another banana, if you cant tell I like banans.
 
and every so often, like say 1 times in 3 weeks i totally binge on something, yesterday it was a whole ton of cookies. i said 36 but that was a lie more ilke 20-25

Dude,

Where's the Protein!?!?!?!!

You need to be eating at least 140+ gms of protein divided throughout the day. Try a 30-40gm protein shake for breakfast and cut out the bananas and OJ and Pasta!!!!!

Add eggs and 2% cottage cheese and fish plus some good oils (olive, flaxseed, almonds) with each meal
