I decided to go and try out Sarms from our sponsor. I must say I am very pleased with their customer service. I thought I had a problem with my delivery, sent an email at 900 at night on the weekend and had a response within an hour. I thought I wouldn't hear back from them till at least Monday. 35 yrs old 5.7 165lbs 14.9% body fat (done in a displacement chamber several weeks ago) might be a little lower. Working out for 6-7 years hardcore. I finished a Winni/ Xtren cycle a couple months ago. Unfortunately I hurt my forearm during PCT and its been tough keeping my gains being unable to workout other than legs. I'm hoping for a good recomp with this. I'm going to start light at the gym so I don't reinjure myself and hopefully this stuff will help the strength stay up. Plan on a clean diet with 40-45 min LIT every day in am and maybe some HIIT after workout.
Will take .50ml a day split up between .25ml am and pm. First thing I noticed is this stuff tastes like crap. I tried to use army vets advice and put it in a gel cap. I couldn't get the slin pin to draw the stuff up so I just swallowed it from the dropper. I almost wondered if I dosed enough as the dropper isn't super accurate and .25ml seems like nothing. Anyone else have this problem when trying to dose? Would just one .50ml dose am be fine or are people getting better results split. I'll try to update this as much as possible and hopefully this stuff is as good as everyone says it is.
