a little help

Hi i just found this website, and i was wondering if anyone can give me any help

Im 23 yrs old, 6'2" and about 82 kgs. I have an allright physique except for my chest. my arms shoulders abs and especially legs are fine. except i have little or no definition in my chest area. I have done push ups, chin ups and bench presses (although im not sure if im doing them right) i have a home gym but its not free weights there machine weights, as in a slider thing. anyway i do about 3 sets of 15-20 reps of bench pressing at about 30 kgs, is this enough or dio i do less reps and more weight. ive noticed a little difference but only minor.

Can anyone please send me on the right track. Oh i also have been taking creatine monohydrate, and was taking whey protein but it tastes like shit so i stopped, but im still on the creatine.

also leard how to get your diet in order...not all protein tastes bad i like simply Whey protein by EAS its at GNC lots of folks like triple threat(Mass Quanities) to put on muscle you need at least 2 grms of protein for every lb of bodyweight,learn to use free weights and proper form along with a good diet and BANG you will see grasshopper.......peace......RADAR
