a little help please

I weigh 160lbs and I am fairly new at weightlifting. It had been five years since i had done any serious lifting until about a year ago. Although I have always been physically fit, I wanted to be bigger. I am seeing tons of improvement. I have put on 20 pounds of lean muscle and my strength has increased tremendously. My question is that my one rep max is 230LBS. I six rep 205 fairly easy. I want to start a 5x5 workout and am not sure exactly how to go about it and what weight I should be using.
 
I guess you're talking about... bench?
If you've put on 20 lbs. you're past the beginning stage and are gonna need to start workin' out the 'ol legs to keep growing
 
205lbs??? Nedd to know what lift cause the rep curve is different for different lifts, example if I can squat 400for 1rm then 80% is 320 but we all know that roughly 70% is better for squating and deadlifting for 10 reps due to compound muscle factor and amoutn of weight so then I would start with 295. So if is bench I would go with 185 like froth said and work your way up
