hey guys i need a little help. im on week8 of 12 - test enthan. 900/week. got a small lump behind right nipple (dime size if that) started 20mg nolva. ordered more to up dose to 40mg/day. is this enough? i want it gone asap(duh). the only research i found was for prevention, not treatment. thanks boys.

20mg tamoxifen t.i.d. p.o. (every 6-7 hours) until lump goes away.

Take Nolvadex at 40mg everyday until the lump disappears completely, believe me it works. And in future may I suggest you use the anti-e proviron cos the likely hood of getting gyno are then reduced.
