Hey guys,
is water or any shakes after 10pm bad for your diet
as it might cause bloating or water weight!?


*only reason i drink so much water so late is because i have hockey games at 10pm!
 
you avoid water weight by drinking more water, plus all the good stuff water does like flush toxin, ect. google it.

as for shakes, id say whatever protein you choose is cool as long as you fit it into your macros.
 
if your drinking shakes at night make them casein, whey, and high fat. and water will reduce bloat.
 
yea thanks for the advice
but what could i eat for a post-cardio meal around 12?
cuz sometimes i have practises at 11pm
