Dead 590 belt and chalk only, went up easy so I need to go over 600 next time I pull from the floor.

Push Press hit 320 x1 and then 340 x1, missed it on the first try but came back and got it.

Rack pulls 950 x2.

These are my fave. I can't think of many better exercises than these for overall back thickness. I am closing in on 500 for 5 from just below the knee.

Yeah I love them, my upper back and traps are really benefitting from all the heavy racks.

That's pretty good man 500 is great on any lift IMO.

Wow, great lifting Scotsman, i was wondering where you've been. Thats a crazy rack pull right there, you get your power off the floor worked out and, well, youll be a deadlifting machine.

Thanks man, I've just been incognito for a bit. Honestly I've never had any problem coming off the floor. That's part of the reason I am doing so much rack work. I always seem to get stuck just above the knees, the 590 flew off the floor and then I pinned it on my quads for a sec before locking out.

Doodles, that is 10 plates + a side

You must have bigger plates than 20 kg/45 lbs

We have fairly thin 45's at my gym, still I could barely get the collars on the ends and when I put it down one of them popped off and a couple of plated fell off that side.

Wed ran a mile in 9:48 on the elliptical previous best was 10:38.

Fri: Squatted 500x2 (heaviest double I've ever done) with belt and loose knee wraps.
