A Great Tricep Exercise

There is no such thing as best.

Agreed. We get a lot of tricep stimulation from various heavy pressing movements. A few isolotion movements just help to stimulate a few more fibers in the tri's. It is usually best to pick one or two and stick with them so that you can make continual progress on the weight handled on the movement. Adding something like this movement can be nice for short periods of time to help get out of a training rut or just for some nice diversity.

Decline nosebreakers hit a larger proportion of the triceps according to MRI

I've seen the same research. They definately give a unique burn that I never felt with any fluff cable tri movement.

Agreed.

...and they feel different than flat nosebreakers as well

letting the db's or bar touch and rest for a sec is great for that initial shove off. kinda like letting the rep die when deadlifting.
