Im sure this isnt new , but this works great and really keeps you from getting bored with cadio.
10 minutes on your favorite cardio machine
set of bench press press
2 minutes on bike
set of bench press
2 minutes on bike
set of bench press
etc....
keep doing this for your entire chest w/o.
next day , different muscle. same thing. I do 1 body part per day, except for arms, which I do togather. I do this for 6 straight days, then take off sunday. It is a cardio and weight training workout all togather and really burns the fat and keeps the w/o interesting. I love doing it. It sure beats sitting on a bike for 45 minutes.
