That my friend, is a question i cant answer, ive never tried it. Common sense tell me, yes, but i dont want to give you a definite on that. I think the main reason for using this liquid method, is most people dont have a scale that can measure 20mg accuratly for the caps, even with a good scale that measures .01g, you can still have your doses off by 9mg per cap.

I would assume you can, but the hard part is making them equal dosages, without a really expensive chemical scale. But on the other hand, 100mgs a day is alot of var... usual dosage is about .2mg per lb of body weight... or about 40mg a day.
