your friend doesn't need a cycle, he needs diet/training/cardio and rest

tell your friend to lift hard and eat some more damn food!!! he is not even close to his genetic limit... hell, my brother who is 5'2" is 170 @ 7-8% (wrestler ;)) can gain 10 more pounds in a month NATURAL!!!

and obviously his training and diet aren't in check, if he's been lifting almost 10 years and is only 165. now, if he were oh... 3 foot tall that would be something ;)

we dont even know how tall he is!...what if he is about 5'2"?? then he could very well be at his genetic limit....just bc someone else is 5'2" and 170 doesnt mean that everyone that is 5'2" can reach taht weight while maintaining 7%.....not everyone has the same genetics

good point.. i should stop making assumptions..

we need to know more about him!!! i still say he needs to eat more :chomp:

I would totally agree with you guys here to a certain point. I personally have been lifting for about 8 years and I know my body really well and my current weight is 180 and I'm 5'11" and that's as heavy as I can get with out putting on in excess of 15% bf. I am an extremely hard gainer, this guy might also be. Who knows. However we do need to know more about your friend before we can really give some advice. I think we all sometimes loose sight that some of us are just not people who can gain quality weight.

Trust me if you can get more info. on your friend and have it be really detailed the members here can really help your friend out. This is by far the most knowledgeable sight I have ever been on!!
