A freakin' pet dog!

I gotta get a dog and i need help deciding which one...
I live in a condo, so it needs to be small, but not too small. Like 20lbs. I need it to be quiet and not run around like an idiot all the time and be friendly with people. AND NO EFFFIN' BARKING! Thanks for your help

My buddy's Bulldog, Duece, says "grrr, bark, snort, drool and snore."
