a few progress pics so far

bitta cutting going on
or alot

not sure on my strength losses, as my training changed from PL orientated to OLY orientated (i swap every 6 months or so)
oly lifts have improved so thats all i care about now
diet has been 40/40/20 (thanks for the help with diet, Tats)

stats
age: 18
height: 5'8
weight: 170-175lb
snatch: 168lb
clean and jerk: 200lb
BF: ??

any body have a clue about my current BF? 17-18ish?

i know i dont have a huge amount of size on me, but i would really rather lean out sooner rather than later, for oly weightclasses as well as aesthetics. i plan on cutting untill i am low enough to bulk(cleanly) without worrying about another lengthy cut ahead of me.

any comments welcome.
 
ahhh i remeber the days of my late teens , how fast the gains came.
Just keep it up man , never give up bro we all have to start somewhere.
I like seeing young guys get into the sport and keep the tourch burning
 
solid looking so far. that some sick progress. i think its good your cutting down instead of building underneath it all.. its more gratifying i feel.

why not cut during the oly season, its not like im going to make any real muscular gains during the period anyway?

my weightlifting finishes in november, so i figure i'll lean out untill then, after which i plan on growing.

i meant cutting in terms of your orig pic to your new pic. if that was just a change in diet to get bigger and you just happend to make a sick switch from some fat to muscle thats awesome.. i just assumed you made a cut

hey thats really good progress there. looks like like your muscles aren't having too much trouble developing evan though you've been cutting.
