I squat ass to the floor, and I find my hips cant handle it anymore....lower back not a big fan either, thats why I havent deadlifted in god knows how long either. I have been doing heavy leg press and hack squats, even some crazy pre-exhaust workouts that I was hoping would keep my legs from disappearing without squats, I was shocked they got better..
drop the test at 3-4 weeks out, it also disappears when I get leaner...then the last week I use aldactone and manipulate my water and dry right out, heres a shot from the day before my last show....
