A few newb questions

As stated, Im a 40 year old newb and first timer. I just started a test c only cycle a little over a week ago. I would have liked to have added some dbol to the cycle, but my only source (local) is limited to what they have. Im doing 400mg a week, planning on going 12 weeks. My questions would be, how long before I notice any results? Is this dose a waste of time? And any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

That Dosage is perfect!test c took me 5 weeks fefore i noticed anything, now another question,Diet is the key factor if it's not dialed in then soon as you come off ,even with proper PCT you will loose those gains!

Ok. Im Eating good. At least to the best of my knowlege. Tons of protein, about 3500 to 4000 calories a day, except for a day here and there when im super busy with wife and kids. Even the days I miss out on 3500-4000, im at minimum 2500-3000. Tons of chicken (not fried) eggs, chicken, steak, chicken, and of course getting a fair amount of complex carbs. Is there anything I need to change as far as diet that you can see? Whats the post cycle trick? I was planning on losing some of the calories, maintaining the high protein input, and not hitting the weights full tilt. Also hcg and nolvadex. I have a while before I get to pct, so If im going to learn some tricks and tips, now is the time huh? Thanks in advance guys for any help or ideas on this.

The Key to keeping those gains is to keep your calorie intake high and train hard like you did while on gear.

Also Proper PCT is a must.
