A female colleague...

Hey guys, so I wondered if you could help me.

Basically, a colleague at work asked me for my help, and I'm not sure what to suggest. Basically, she is looking to lose around a stone more of weight, and she has lost around 2 already. She doesnt wanna inject anything, but doesn't mind if it's legal or not. Her diet is great, and she exercises 2-3 times a week. She took some "weight loss tablets" last week, and said all the did was give her headaches.

Any input is greatly appreciated,

post her diet and exercise routine. when people say they eat great, they sometimes think they are but they aren't.

and 'injecting things' will not help you lose weight anyway nor will it help you build muscle. it takes way more than that.. wish it was that simple or else I wouldn't have to work out at all and could eat whatever I wanted with no worries

Well she is on a weight watchers type diet, and is consuming between 1300-1600 kcal a day, but she calculates it in points. Exercise wise, she does a circuits class, a boxer use class, and about an hour of weights work a week. She has been losing between 2-5lbs a week steadily, but is dying to get the last stone off. I thought about an ECA stack?!

Tell her she didnt put the weight on over night and its not going to come off overnight. If she is making the kind of progress you state then just tell her to be patient, no sense adding drugs to the mix.
 
i've had gf's who did weight watchers and its a good plan which teaches MODERATION. for example my X would down a diet soda everyday or have a small piece of cake/ice cream and it would be fine to make her points.. if she really wants to speed up the process she should say screw moderation and just cut out all that bad crap totally. otherwise like zyggie said sounds like her progress is excellent
 
Her progress already sounds solid. However, if she wants, she should look into something like Alpha-T2 from Orbit to help pull the last pounds off.
 
^^^or forged burner. I've heard good reviews on the stuff although I haven't used it myself. She could run the Alpha-T2 with the forged burner as well but that will probably require more recovery...
 
Depending on how sensitive she is to stimulants she might be better off using Alpha T2 or even Shift from PES, alternatively just tell her to do some AM cardio on an empty stomach, 25-45 minutes of moderate cardio first thing in the morning, you can get some pretty great results with that alone.

I don't know what else can work better. Maybe some adderllin or oxy elite pro? btw: 2-5lbs a week for a girl is great! She should be happy. I may suggest Zip! in a copule weeks or so.

Agreed 100%. Hell, the first bottle of Alpha-T2 I got I didn't change up my diet (it was okay, could've been much better) and I still ended up dropping a pants size.

It all comes down to hard work and determination. If you put in the effort, you'll get the results.
