I am moving to France WITHOUT my girls.

I am NOT abandoning them. There is a very big difference between relinquishing custody because otherwise THERE WILL BE NO END to my children's suffering and "leaving" without a care or trace.

If there was any way for me to NOT to this. I would. But there is no alternative.

I don't know any of your circumstances, but they must be horrible and dire for you to be leaving your children and moving to another country.

how does going to france benefit anyone but you? shouldn't you do everything possible to be part of your childrens life? even if its the best for their father to have custody, why can't you still see them/help raise them. you being close to them and involved can only help them, as they get older it may hurt them that you are a world away, instead of being part of their everyday lives.
