On the weekend I like to get up and head out into the country and just ride around for hours. This past Saturday I headed out to the lakes and drove around with my camera for a long while... My son, Jordan, rode along and we had a blast...

Just when you begin to think that the world is getting big...you see the beautiful country...

befold you and i are alike i have a jeep cj5 goldern eagle we take out every sunday and yes no matter where you go the vast beauty is everywhere last sunday i had to wait 10 minutes to encourage the 12 ft gator that happened to be sunning acrosse the road to either move or we would have to turn back ,after a long grund he relucently moved!!LOL

My belly is leaving me...slowly...lol. I guess that I am in the best shape of my life. I hope to deadlift 500 x 15-17 on contest day and I did an 800 pound super yoke for 50' followed by a 550 tire flip for 50' on Sunday. Let us just hope that it all pays off...
