Winny the point I was trying to make is if someones is killed without a gun it's going to be something else....So does it mean we are going to sue everyone for someone else's choice to take the life of someone else...Hell I could go kill someone with a potato gun and laws wouldn't make it any harder for me to build one even though they are illegal to my knowledge.

Killing someone is killing someone. There are justifyable times for it and there are not. Sitting at the dinner table with a knife isn't a parrallel to any gun but missusing it is....The same logic of being able to sue gun makers is the same as it is for those who recently started smoking for suing the tabaco industry for cancer...Bad choices are bad choices if you make a bad choice and kill someone why should someone else be held responsible for your actions?

GW didn't make that lawful in TX, it's been lawful Since this state was founded as a Country.

I had my previous apt broken into 1 time, nothing in the Apt before cause the crackheads new the house was loaded

and my college dorm rooms more then 10 times in 1.5 years

Ok how many times have you filed an insurance claim and your rates didn't go up over the next year?Do they ever really give you the full value of what it's going to cost to replace the items stolen?

How many times can you stop someone with force and they cant take your stuff anymore?

WHAT IF LITTLE JOHNNY INTRUDER DECIDES TO KILL YOU THEN TAKE YOUR POSSESSIONS JUST LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO A 25 YEAR OLD MOTHER OF 4. AN INTRUDER DECIDED TO TAKE HER CAR FROM HER IN HER GARAGE. OH YEAH, HE ALSO DECIDED TO KILL HER IN FRONT OF HER 4 YOUNG KIDS BEFORE HE TOOK IT.
