i agree with the ruling. people should be responisble for their actions. i just dont see why people want to have guns. i wouldnt want one in my house.

In the U.S. it's your right to own or not own a gun...Why bother those who choose to excersise that right, and Why sue someone who didn't commit an unlawfull act directly?

"Brave?" Come on TXCollegGuy---the only brave thing the gun industry has ever done is to put trigger locks on some guns.

We all know that if a product is unsafe, then it's unsafe. Guns are unsafe, so why shouldn't a manufacturer be held liable for manufacturing an unsafe item whtether it's guns or a faulty blowdryer.

Negligence is negligence and usually actionable under the law. This is a stupid decision. Surely, not all states will follow its faulty logic.

Well lets take knives away cause they are unsafe and are intended to cut things...Please distingush what your using it for...You talking about killing people? killing rodents, Your dog if it is too old and you dont feel like paying a vet to do it....How about we take cars away...More people die from Drunk drivers then they do of gun related deaths...Oh lets take away Alcohol cause it Kills brain cells....Oh Wait lets take away our water cause it can't possibly be clean from all the chemicals that might be bad for us....


You following me here???The point is P-E-O-P-L-E choose to use those products on their own, the Products dont make a choice. You use something responsibly or you dont, it's just that simple

Guns Can Save lives as well as take them away. Every single Person on this board that Was or is a Cop, military can attest to seeing both sides of this statement.

I have seen first hand what it can do when in the hands of the wrong person. You can't stop someone from going crazy, so you the Anti Gun lobby feel because of a few bad apples lets take them out of the hands of the people who use them responsibly....Your thousands of Gun laws have done a real bangup job let me tell you...I have never Seen a Law save someones life. Though I can say I have seen people save lives though
