Yup, I was there!

The only thing is I could'nt do anything with the discussion boards it brought me back here.

Up until the 'latest' radical change at elite (around the end of 2000) you could use the Elite search engine to search back right to the beginning when the discussion boards.

I wish I saved some of the old screen shots.

BTW It might amaze you to know that at one time open source post was tolerated...... until a few fingers got burnt. Shit, I still remember that Chosto scam.....

And of course in 1996 gear was 100% legal in the UK.
