your neither very big or very lean and yes you have small wrists.

Anton Quintana sayd to know a mans real strength you need to look at his joints, not his muscles. then again hes silly

his arm looks better than the statue dudes arm in your avatar :p

I really hope you are natural.

i'm 16 years old, i have no idea where to get AAS. besides, i think i'd be a "tad" bit bigger if i had access to these substances

Nope, you definitly look like you're on some kind of steroid.

Super_rice, don't sweat it man. Thanks for posting up the pics. When I was 16, I wasn't thinking about too much that was productive. Just keep learning. Your body wants to grow right now, eat, train and sleep. That's all you need to do. Spend a lot of time in the training and muscle food forums. PM me (or just about anyone.) if you have any specific questions.

dude, i completely understand about the wrist thing; my problem, too. It takes my trainer/spotter to help me get the dumbbells in place for flatbench DB presses; I'm up to 80 lbs but getting in position is the problem; once in place, I can do the exercise; the wrist is the first to give out; have tried special workout gloves that also protect the wrist, but figured I better start and strengthen them, too. good luck, its a challenge!

no prob :) by the way, you're lookin good, the definition in your legs (especially in your calves) and back is really coming together. however, i don't think the hot pink is your colour :p

yeah i'm in the same boat. keeping those dumbbells steady is way harder than pressing them. my wrists were sore like a mofo when i first started

Legs are your strongest muscle group. Very nice, what is your squat like?

i have pics of my quads pre-squatting posted here somewhere so those are pretty interesting :P

right now, i'm at 210lbs for one, but my working sets are high reps/sets of 140-150

Thanks, I feel like I'm just about as ready as I'm gonna get. They're red and not hot pink BTW.

same advice i gave to boardin007.....

your young keep it simple...

Eat lots of good food (don't go overboard), train hard using PROPER form without worrying about lifting heavy weights (CONTROL the weight)
and don't worry about the sauce yet.

looks like you have a good base just keep it simple and enjoy your youth and don't get obsessed.
