If I recall - I went to gmail.com and got a cell phone number invite and it would text message you some code number and voilia you have the start of an account. Finding a user name was a bitch though.

Yah that does suck - can't say I've tried though.

But I have an email system in my contracting program and it really sucks and it's flaky used through outlook - so it's great improvement for my work communication because of the conversations which I need to keep for my hard files.

I'm sure it will improve.

I've been using it for a while now.. hooked a few EFers up back in the day when invites were harder to come by.

Once you get used to using Labels there's no need for folders. I hated it at first but it works fine.
