For anybody on a bulking diet. I knew a guy who once changed his cycle from cutting to bulking because McDonalds offered the 2 for $2 Big Mac special. Does anyone else bulk up on fast food?
 
and its perfect cause I'm starting a 3 week cycle tomorrow !!!!!!! Yesssssssss Sir !!!!!!
 
By the way. If anyone actually knows the nutritional content of a whopper. PLEASE DO NOT POST IT!!!! I am living in denial.

I thought that even when bulking you should be eating rather clean? Quality protein and carbs.. low saturated fats..

You are not going to find that at BK unless you get the chicken whopper.. and even that is 50% chicken 50% water.
 
AH YES! You cannot beat the taste of a whopper, extra mayo, no tomatoes. I used to constantly eat that shit while bulking---> and then I found out about the increased (greatly, that is) risk of heart disease with steroid overuse (meaning countless cycles or long-term use).

whoppers are an excellent way to get youyr calories up!!....great for bulking cycles....this should be under the "Bulking for pennies" sticky...lol

I dont need to read this shit. Im bulking but trying to eat somewhat clean. Today I had 1 gallon skim milk, some honey roasted peanuts, protein plus bar, and salmon,mashed pot,salad w/organic apple cider vinegar and olive oil as dressing. I still have one meal to go and I now feel like making a run to BK asshole!LOL...............galaxy
 
Before he became Mr. Olympia, I read an article where Ronnie Coleman stated that he ate 10 Whoppers per day. Thats about 300g protein and 5000-6000 calories per day. Sounds about right. Sure takes away the guess work. And that's all for $9.90.
 
I was bulkinmg when the Big Macs were 2 for 2, and when the Big Kings (BKs BIg Macs) were 99c. Was living like a king then!
 
As an ectomorph at 5'10" ever since I surpassed 200, the pounds don't come easy and are hard-faught. The dollar menu bigntastys and jr whoppers are some of my tools in the desperate fight I have been in and I now tip the scales at ~210 with pretty low bf.

I was doin bodyopus at the time and these specials helped me stay on no carbs easily, i recommend for ckd or any keto diet phase, the saturated fat helps the veins pop out
 
Nasty, absolutely nasty. Fast food is just plain bad for you to eat on a regular basis.

I eat alot of fast food but thats a little nasty! Im wiping the cheese sauce off my face right now from a Wendys double classic with cheese fries mmmmmmmmm wendys dominates fast food!!
 
yea im bulking and about to start a fina/test cycle and i have cut out one of the luvs of my life.............fast food.........but for some reason im still a sucker for wendys. i think its not QUITE as bad for you as mcdicks and bk but im sayin fast food isnt the best eats as far as nutrition goes.

its 10:53 and I'm waiting for the breakfast thing to be over so I can go cop bout 3 whoppers, a milkshake, some fries(still keep a 34 inch waist what luck.)

I usally put in one bad meal a day, and those whoppers are real good, i put the cheese on when I get home, screw them.
