9 weeks til show?

I've got 9 weeks left before a competition, my first. I'm 5'9", 200lbs, 10%bf (checked two weeks ago). I'm going to have access to winstrol depot and tabs, testoviron, and anadrol. I've been doing T3 and cyp, but the T3 will be ending in about a week. I'm just needing some advice to help cut fast. I'm doing 45-60 min. cardio in morning on empty stomach, 2400 calories a day with one cheat day a week. HELP PLEASE!

Its way too early for you to be doing morning cardio on an empty stomach... maybe 3-4 weeks precontest...

You'll burn your muscle as energy to fuel your workout. Eat at least a banana and some WPI.

I dont understand why people getting ready for a show have a cheat day-----I understand it for people that have dieted down many times and know their body but for someone that has never got to comp- condition ---Why the cheat day-----Have a carb up day but no cheat day 9 weeks out---
 
LSU, how much gear would I have to use in order to make a real impact in a competive amature show? (1 gram, or two grams of test?) Let's say that I have a perfect structure shape and perfect muscle shape, but need a lot more size. 5'10 190lbs naturally low bodyfat, very fast metabolism.
 
Wombat, the cheat day I was referring to is a carb up day. I don't eat like crap, just up my carbs with clean carbs.
 
Wombat, sorry for the confusion. I've referred to it as a cheat day because that's what it started out as when I began dieting. At the beginning of the year, I would take the weekends as cheat days and eat whatever. It has slowly evolved into where I'm at now, with one cheat day every 7 days. I'm fixing to go to every 10 days though because I'm not seeing the results I'd like to. Also, about the post about the cardio on an empty stomach, well, I've so many different reports on that. It's hard to know what is true and what isn't. So, I just do what feels best to me. Besides, I do really slow cardio like 45-60 mins. on the treadmill at 10-15% incline at about 2-2.5 mph. My heart rate remains around 125-135 so I think that I'm not burning too much muscle.

Anyone with anymore advice, please feel free to give it to me.
 
Hey bro hope you do well in your show but if I may throw my .02 in I think 9weeks and your at 10% means there are no cheat days I just hope this isn't your first time show because you may find yourself disappointed but you do the math 10% - 5% is easy after that its hell weeks but 10 - 5 is 5 weeks alone and you will have to up the cardio to get below 5% if I can share any help just drop me a line
