9 week course and slow gains

This is my third course and i am struggling. Iam 6 foot tall 187lbs and about 16% bodyfat.

My last two courses were deca and sus

This time i started with Testosterone enanthate, tren and 30mg dianobol this was for the first 6 weeks but only put on about 6lbs, i was taking Nolvadex at the same time to keep water retention down.

Because this didm't seem to work i changed on to deca and sus again still taking the Nolvadex, plus included creatine mono and glutamine. but still struggling to put on any real size.

In 9 weeks i have put on about 9lbs most lean.

I train 4 times per week. i eat very well 6-7 times per day around 500 calories per meal. always have post workout shake with lots of glucose in.

Any ideas as to why the gains have not come this time? i still have 3 weeks of deca and sus still to take.
 
Why would you switch up? So you gained 6 pounds which is probably soild keepable gains...Heres a wakeup call .....People that gain 16 pounds in 6 weeks have gained mostly water..The slow gains you make are the ones that you usally going to keep when you come off....Read Read Read!

were is youre protein at.at youre wight you want to be takeing in about 220-230 grams a day.this might help you a bit.
 
My diet is really good, plenty of chicken, tuna, a couple of protein shakes per day etc way over 250g per day. i eat some fruit and veg (about 5), porridge, weetabix, pasta, rice, the usual. once a week i might get a chicken shish as a threat. thats as way out as it goes.
 
How old are you? I am in my late 30's and my gains come slower than when I was in my 20's. On a usual run of deca and test I probably keep 7 or 8 lbs. I would sug. increasing cals and protien. Keep the creatine for after. GOOD LUCK

Iam 23 years old, always been a hardgainer, small shoulders but iam slowly improving.
The plan is once i finish the course i will then stay on the creatine and the nolvadex also include some tribulas, i have herd these as a package will help me keep more of my gains.
 
Yes son, increase the calories by 500 a day. If your body fat is going up though, then cut it down after a trial and error stage. Stop drinking alcohol if you do only once a month have a few beers.
It takes time for size but it will come! Good luck , M.M :Chef:

why the novaldex? take some arimidex
nolva will only help if you get estrogen related gyno symptoms

Also you aren't eating enough

get your diet up to 5000 Cal per day
and at least 300 grams of protein/day
 
You gained 6 lbs from the last cycle, and 9 from this one? Is that correct?... thats 15 lbs of lean gain... what is wrong with that?

If you gain 4-6 pounds of "muscle" in a cycle be happy
 
if you think you can gain 5lb a cycle of keepable muscle, over 10 courses thats fuckin 50lb which is shit loads. Slow and steady wins the race!

I fully agree about the 30lbs in 4 weeks are bullshit

Think about it logically if everyone gained 30lb on a cycle, how big would they be after 10 cycles, about 300lb plus their original body weight. It does not make sense.

Lets say they gain 30lbs and loose 20Ibs of water after 10 cycles that’s still 100Ib and I don’t think there are a lot of people who have gained 100lb of pure muscle.

If, I made 4-6 pounds of “muscle” in a cycle, I would consider it a great result.

Yea except for the first cycle where we've all seen guys go up 20 pounds of muscle or close to it.
 
Just for curiosity reasons, what is the cycle stregth of your current Sust / Deca stack? Also, how many grams of creatine and glutamine are you doing?
 
If your gains of 9lbs in 9 wks seem to be without bloat then it seems to me you are concerned about nothing as you seem to be doing it right. As others have suggested you could add more calories and more protein. But, I'm sure most guys would be happy with 9 lbs in 9 wks if it's mostly dry.

Next time I'd suggest an A-I like Arimidex and just keep nolva around in case of gyno.

I gained about 30-35lbs on my first cycle.Its possible for some people, its not all bullshit. However, after that, it was a hard fought struggle for every lb on any subsequent cycle. It is very possible to gain a tremendous amount when your receptors are fresh and you eat, eat, eat! Now I consider 5-6lbs per cycle as excellent growth. Although now I have been off for months, and it has become even more apparent how important lifestyle/diet is.
