9-4 bench workout

partial benches: 315x3, 335x2, 365x1

decline: 225x8, 275x3 (not to failure)

4 in. lockouts w/ ring finger on ring: 345x3, 365x3, 405x3 (PR)

im taking the volume down now. friday is going to be more lockout stuff and then next week is shirt reps and some high boards/lockouts

i think next week monday i'm going to work up to an opener. probably 330-340. i'll decide my attempts next week. gotta practice getting the weights to touch in the shirt, and im going to work on my lockout a little.

when i first got down here (kentucky) a couple weeks ago, i had never done lockouts before. now i've come a LONG way and FAST.
 
the partials were just something new i tried. it was like a 4-5 board but with no boards
 
man i would like to be pressing that much weight now..... i cant even imagine doing that at your age............... you and t3c scare me knowing what you two could be like when you get in your twenties.

i'm out of state so all im really doing is working my weak points as best i can. no boards or anything (until next week when i get back)
