I don't have a internet connection right now, so I am using the girl's next door :( .

Military press seated to clavicle 5x5 165

Pushpress 3x8 with 165

Close-grip Bench 4x8 with 205

Face-pulls 3x10 with 85lbs

Skulls 17.5/side

Lateral raises 2x10 with 15's

Dips 2x12 with BW

decline crunches 3x20 with bw

crunch machine ;) 3x20 with 60lbs

don't reall have time to cooment right now, she thinks I am using this for homework:bawling:
 
Tiervexx- it felt good, but I was sucking wind on the last few sets of crunches cause I did them in the break time I had for the lighter arm sets

Cuthbert I didn't lie I just said it was sport physiology stuff ;)
It is a lighter workout for me, but I didn't have any back support and wanted solid reps on the military. Pushpress was good but I took small rest times. I want to peak my strength during feb so if I start now and hammer my weaknesses by then I will be hopefully the strongest I have ever been.

p.s. I notice taking a few days off from plys has made my recovery slower, I am getting a lot sorer (sp):rolleyes:
