I´m going to start my 800mgs test cycle in a couple of months and I am a little gyno-prone. I´m not the worst case but I´m not the best either. My biggest problem is I feel nothing! No pain, soreness or anything like that, just lumps, usually starting in the 5th week or so.
I have not used any A-dex or letro yet, only trusted nolva but it does not cut it for me. I still get some small sized lumps, you can´t tell I have gyno and for that I am thankfull, but if it gets worse.....
As I understand it A-dex will do nothing or very little to battle existing gyno but will prevent it by lowering estro with about 50%. This seems like a healthy reduction.
However!
50% doesn´t sound enough to me, considering I am adding a relatively high dose of test.
So my next step, when I feel that it´s not working, I will go to letro. Going for 2,5mgs/ED perhaps combined with 20mgs nolva. This however is not my number one choice because of the side-effects of having to low estro-levels.
So to make any sense of my rambling, this is the deal:
Starting out with 0,5mgs A-dex/ED.
If this doesn´t cut it I will go to the femara + nolva combo.
Does this sound right to you? Trying out the least unhealthy option first or will I get a nasty surprise because A-dex is to weak.
Thank you in advance!
Ps. English is not my first language so excuse any miss-spelling or wierd frasings....
