the reason i know it aint bunk is because at week 5 i went from using the 60s for shoulder press to the 80s and benching 185 to 225 for reps, but it quit since then, and ive even increase caloric consumption. and my body doesnt look decent at all. i jsut dont get it, what is the point of doin a cycle if you get the same gains and average person would get from like an NO2 creatine stack and have more bloat? i look like shit from gear i hate it fucking christ. it was a godsend at week 5-6 but after that it quit. maybe i should increase the 500 to 700? any opinions?
