8 weeks in and no gains...

lol...Relax, bro, plus if you're benching 225 for 7 reps on you should be able to bench at least 225 for 1-2 reps off. personally gear affects my muscular endurance (i can do more sets) but strength doesnt increase by much.

lol...honestly man, its all mental, coz if you were benching 185 prior to this cycle and are now benching 225 for 7 reps then you're improving by a lot. so...calm down.

if they are anywhere close to their peak

the reason i know it aint bunk is because at week 5 i went from using the 60s for shoulder press to the 80s and benching 185 to 225 for reps, but it quit since then, and ive even increase caloric consumption. and my body doesnt look decent at all. i jsut dont get it, what is the point of doin a cycle if you get the same gains and average person would get from like an NO2 creatine stack and have more bloat? i look like shit from gear i hate it fucking christ. it was a godsend at week 5-6 but after that it quit. maybe i should increase the 500 to 700? any opinions?

Dude I had some stuff one time that made me bloat real bad and after I was finished all of it just started comming off in a couple of weeks.I did not gain alot of mass that cycle but I think the gear just was not right for me so I took what I always took before and got good results from.Dont give up.But if you are a quiter then give up and forget it all ever happened.
 
hmm pushing 225 7 times this means you should beable to push like 270 plus easy max that aint bad at all...If your bloating take a anti estrogen that will help yea out alot! Sometimes depending on your test levels before you did gear you need a certain amount to force muscle growth i found 750 works best for me...Everyones different but your gear could be under dosed too or bunk.If you want to look like a freak run tren and you wont be posting nothing but how amazing you are growing! you need to chill man. have the gear tested i don't think its real. maybe you made those gains naturally and you have plateaud now. since the gear isn't real you are not gonna see more gains. otherwise you need to train harder man or bump up to 750 cause with that caloric intake and protein comsumption it would have to be fake for you to not still be gaining
 
Dude,chill out.
I've never seen anyone go up 10 reps in 8 weeks.
Stay focused.Drop some carbs.Add some adex for the bloat and get your ass back in the gym and do the best you can.
1 cycle of test is not going to change you all that much.That comes a little while down the road with more experience,knowledge and a couple of good stacks.
