8 weeks after pct. pic need evaluated

This pic is about 8 weeks after pct. Just give me thoughts on what needs improved and ballpark bf%. I can post arm and back shots also. Thanks for the info. Flame away if you want I need a good laugh

if it was me I'd be happy but want more abs but that's not for everybody.

This isn't a flame but it looks to me like you did not reach your genetic potential before you started juicing. Like I said this isn't a flame it's just my opinion. So what do you do to fix the problem. I would say you need to lift heavy and juice little.

what do you mean by genetic potential? I quit lifting heavy 2 years ago. Too many injuries. The last 2 years I've juiced 2 times a year. the 2 years before that it was only once. actually I plan on the 2nd this year in oct. I was the last kid to hit puberty in my grade. I was pretty small, so gaging my genetics, I wasn't sitting pretty LOL

It's only a photo so I can't really tell but you look soft. Yes there is some definition but the muscle I see doesn't look hard. It looks soft to me. Maybe this is just a matter of posing but this is what I think.

Also if you are lifting heavy and hurting yourself I think this is matter of proper form rather then a matter of weight. A lot of guys say they are lifting heavy but they use a lot of cheating techniques. And they get broken a lot. When I say lift heavy I mean using strict, and I mean strict, form with the max you can do is eight reps per set. This takes a lot of discipline because when you use strict form heavy isn't as heavy as when you use cheating techniques. So the ego gets involved and BAM something breaks.

So for the next year control your ego, use strict form on every rep you do and train so you can only do eight reps per set. Then post another pic and see if that made any difference. I bet it will make a lot. But the main point is control the ego. Believe me I know. It seems that I always hurt myself when I try to show off.

not too many girls in my gym, so showing off isn't happening, LOL! I am extremely prone to tendonitis and bursatis. My flexability is horrible. I work on it but it only helps a little. I always stretch through out my workouts. I lift weight that is heavy at sets of 8-15 depending on the week. I don't lift 5sets of 3 reps anymore. Thanks for your clarrification on potential. You could be right, and I'm ok with that.

WTF? The guy posted some pics for evaluation, and he's not a Pro, nor is he looking to compete...... For a guy just trying to look good, he looks really good..... You guys all act like your Arnold when youre evaluating..... I dont' believe he's talking about an evaluation for a contest, just "how do I look" pics? Not flamming anyone, but I think you guys are being a bit harsh on him..... At least he posted a pic, I gotta give em credit.....

Let me clear that up.. I wasn't trying to be an asshole and say everything needed work, rather nothing in particular needed extra work.. so you might as well just get more of everything.

I thought he looks pretty good as well. I wasnt under the impression that he was trying to compete either or even goin for that look. He looks better then 3/4 the guys at my gym who are juicin. The majority of them are bloaded messes who don't even work out in the winter. As long as their shirts fit tight as hell thats all that matters. Dude, keep it up, your doing great.

You look solid. I have the same flexibility problems and nagging injuries from listing over the years. It has nothing to do with form, most people I've trained with say my form is always perfect. There isn't one person out there benching 400 that isn't aching or hurting for some reason or another. You punish your body consistently over a long period of time and it's going to break down in spots. Who cares, you look good, congrats.
 
Lookin real solid, exspeically for only a couple mild cycles. Your traps have real nice size witch will in turn make shoulders look smaller then they really are. Hopefully I can reach a build like that..... GOOD JOB!
 
I agree with the harsh criticism.... cboogs looks better than alot of the guys on here or at my gym who cycle heavy and don't know what the hell they are doing.... props to you cb

I think you have good overall shape.... if it were me, the only thing I'd work on is the mid-section (then again, I struggle with mine... which is why I picked up on that first).... good luck bro... keep training as hard as properly as your body will allow and keep your diet in check.... the time during and after PCT is crucial to maintain any gains made during your cycle

Completely agree! How the fuck can you tell a guy hasn't reached his genetic limit by a single pic :rolleyes: You look great cboogsrun IMO! And even he hadn't, he still looks damn good. As said above, I don't think he's competing. You can tell he's put some work in at the gym. Congrats bro on the hard work. Keep it up.
 
a lotta keyboard critics here today.....i don't see a darn thing wrong with the pic..all body parts shown evenly develped, nothing outta place. you have the "look" that most of the wanna-beez here want! i am guessing you get long, admiring looks from both sides of the pasture.

You look good and have a larger set of balls than most - I know they arent pictured, but posting a pic takes more than most really have.

Keep it up man - looks like it will just keep getting better.

I keep a large amount of my gains. midsection is a mother fucker. I used to eat all sorts of shit and could get shredded. Now I have to really watch what I eat. I own a const. co. so I can leave whenever and hit up a gas station for a snack. Plus I'm working right by my gym this month. I go in at lunch and will get a shake every once in a while.

I'm a contractor so the tan is easy to get. I was actually trying to show the bottom part isn't muscle but a little pudge LOL! Actually not too many girls and I wouldn't notice if guys are checkin me out. Never paid too much attention. My face is jacked. LOL! not really, I'm above avg. looking, most people think I'm an asshole and unapproachable. Plus I don't go out very often, been with the same girl for 7 years and she is good to me. No reason to stray.

My tattoos are what really worry me. 2 of them are unique and no one else has them. Especially the placement on my ribs and side. I probably should have put a little bit more thought into posting. LOL! Oh well

To right. He is not going for the top pro look, he just wants to be a good lookin dude. And I think he's done it. I would say most women would agree.
 
Exactly! 9 out of 10 chicks prefer a physique like CBoogy. chicks don't really dig 19 inch guns and inflated traps. Took me a while to figure it out but I learned that lesson myself. My wife likes me no matter how jacked or lean i get. I think Cboogy has a very admirable physique and there are many days when I can't stretch enough to scratch my back or hit my shoulder on the doorway I wish i was lean and not jacked.
