I was expecting to see some flabby old fart with big arms and nothing anywhere else.But when I opened the video i was pretty shocked to see how toned and tight his skin was and a full 6 pack abs at 72 years old

not steroid related but thought you guys might get a kick out of knowing that age cant keep us back .
admitted his is not massive or anything but i'm sure all of us hope to look like that in our old age

hahah yea in the video he says he eats a diet of fruits ,nuts and veggies
for got to mention with some gh and test on the side .
