7 month plan..please critique

Ok so im gonna be starting a cycle that will last approximatly seven months. I have been reading on this forum for about two months, probably 2-3 hours a day. I believe i have a pretty good idea of how this is all gonna work. Before i proceed ill give you my stats as i know i wont get proper information with out them

Age: 22
height: 5'11
Weight: 220
BF%: 19-20%
Training experience: 5 years
Goal: Get to 10% BF by the end of the 7 months, while maintaining all and possibly adding muscle.
This will be my first legit cycle, i have tried tons of other supplements and am now ready for the real stuff. This is my plan

First 6 weeks: AGXSports Lipoflame and lipostim, along with Ampo2 (if these products are available to order soon), unleashed, DX7 multi, rifle protein. This month will be just devoted to shredding a few pounds, i wanna get to 15% BF before i start the gear.

Second 6 Weeks: Same products as above, along with Katonadrol and Liv 52 (this will be for 6 weeks)

third 6 weeks: PCT For 6 weeks with Protein factory PCT, unleashed, Liv-52 and forged liver

Fourth 6 weeks: All products from first 6 weeks along with dieselbolan/epi-strong stack, liv-52

finish with PCT cycle again.

Please critique this to what would work best for me to meet my goals.

I have diesel, Katana, beastrol, tren, and epi-strong all in my arsenal all ready :evil:so i wanna stick with this gear, i have not ordered the other products yet so if something will work better, please let me know.

Also, if AGX products are not available for ordering (Which im sure they will be, OMEGA is a good guy with good customer service) what would you all suggest as a fat burner stack and preworkout supplement to replace AmpO2.

I know 90% of my success will depend on my diet and dedication in the gym, i just need help with the little extra that will push me to my limits.

Come on guys, no suggestions, comments, harrassments lol.....This is my first cycle, i wanna make sure i have all my ducks in a row.
 
Take it one at a time bro. If this is your first time using anabolics, don't plan too far ahead. It isn't necessary.


If all you are really trying to do is get your BF down to about 10%, I would suggest you just ge on a contest preparation diet for 12-16 weeks and you should nail it.

I'd hit up a keto diet the first 8 weeks. With such a high starting BF, you will shed fat very fast on keto. Once you get a bit leaner, you can start carb cycling with the anabolics and you should lean out and add some decent muscle mass as well.
 
thanks for the input debuff, i have heard of the Keto diet, ill do more research on it to get the full details, i do plan on losing the body fat but i wanna keep the muscle and build off it too. I would like to stay between 210 and 220, with alot less BF than now. When i do do the anabolics, would yuou suggest dieselbolan or epistrong for LM gains.

That's a tall task to stay at 220lbs and achieve 10% body fat. You'd have to lose roughly 20lbs of fat and gain 20lbs of LBM.

Possible, but I don't know withing that time line.

For now, I suggest making a move to either cut or lean bulk... Either diet down to 10%, or try to put on 10lbs of LBM.

At 5'11" 200lbs and 10% body fat... That's a good size... I'm 5'10" 9.5% and sitting at 180lbs right now and I'm not HUGE, but not small. I've lost some size in my dieting course, but not too worried about it. Lean is good. Huge and not lean, not so good in my opinion.

I'd rather be a bit smaller and super lean..> Than bigger and bulkier... But I am an aesthetics guy.

You make the decision for yourself... But I'd focus on getting down to 10-12%, then doing a lean bulker... You can put on size while lowering your % a couple of points.
 
i agree that a little bit littler and more cut is better than big and bulky, and im not looking for any overnight miracle i know this is all gonna be alot of work to get where i want. I used to be 185 but had no muscle at all and in my opinion i looked gross, i have put on alot of muscle sense then along with some fat, but i dont wanna lose the muscle i got. Last time i took measurements my biceps were 17in, my chest 48, my neck 17. 200 at my height with 10% sounds likea legit plan. Are their any diets besides the keto diet that are suggested. Thanks for the info.

be as harsh as you wish, critism is constructive, and im very thick skinned so no worries, i can still run a 19:50 3 mile so at least i can move the excess fat:supercool
 
I'm with sonic on this one either start with bulking up on LBM or cut BF%, then move on from there. Honestly I'd guess your BF around 24% though. /cheers
 
Before I did any anabolics, I cut way down. This was basically by cutting out carbs, having good amounts of protein, lifting weights, doing 3 miles of running every day. I also used the ECA stack which is ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. After about 5 months, I went from around 15% bodyfat to 9%. Then I started a lean bulk and have been putting on muscle and getting shredded every since.

I suggest you cut down and lose the fat first. Make fat loss your goal. Then once you are around 11% or so, you can gain some muscle mass or keep getting leaner or attempt to do both. But focus on diet, cardio, and if you want a supplement I say something simple, cheap, effective, and proven like ECA.
 
I agree with conanx.

You've got a good base to work from, diet down to somewhere in the 10-15% range without AAS. No need to waste your virgin cycle on just LBM maintenance. When you hit your first cycle, you want max growth.

So I'd spend some time getting your diet and training in check. Diet down to a comfortable range... Then hit your cycle. Gain some LBM... Then hit your final shred out
