Digi this is my year, I have a new outlook on my body and a trainer and nutrionalist that just happens to be a pro bodybuilder. Got his pro card last year and he has been working on changing my outlook on the gym, says he is going to make me a sculpter, rather than a demolitionist.. I had 8 eggs (6 whites and 2 whole) two cups of oatmeal with splenda and a dab of local honey, coffee and an english muffin for breakfast with 1 scoop of whey. FML. I asked if I had to give up beer, snuff and ham sammiches and he said yes.
