I sold refi's for years and this one takes that cake...

Woman being interviewed is an acupuncturist (translation, no job) in Miami and over that last few years bought 5 condos all of which are neg am mortgages. Now she's in a world of shit. Obviously. When she was asked why didn't you ask the broker/bank about the structure of these loans she says, on NATIONAL TV,

"I was busy."

Words fail me.

She was going to get rich, that's the real answer.

Any time the common man/woman has a great investment idea it's time has come and gone already.. That is always true.

Just another example of people wanting to take the easy way out, trying to make "quick money". So now its not her fault and she cant understand why the bank is foreclosing right?
