I'm on Day 4 of T-rex. I didn't weigh myself at the start, as this is more of a look-in-the-mirror conditioning project than a quest for dramatic weightloss. I will comment on how it's making me feel though:
I wanted to start cautiously, so I have been taking 1 capsule upon waking and then another capsule six hours later. I've noticed a definate boost in energy, which is a godsend given the lethargy I usually experience when I clean up my diet and reduce carb intake. The energy is smooth, not jittery like ephedrine. When doing cardio, I break a sweat much earlier and then sweat buckets when i'm really into it. The best part is that I'm not getting any insomnia at all from T-rex like I do when I run ECA...I'm getting to sleep at a normal (for me) hour. So far, I really like T-rex. I'll be bumping the dose up to 2 caps in the am, and then another 2 caps in the afternoon next week. I'll report if I notice any changes when I increase the dose.
