60 day progress pics!

I know I have a looooong way to go but here is my progress after 60 days. Remember, I haven't lifted anything but cheeseburgers for 6 years following a bad arm break and surgury to repair. I still can't do heavy presses as a result but it's coming back fast!

Also this is all natural but my return to the dark side is coming soon. A little more training and cutting ands I will go for more size!!

The before and after pics are both at 250lbs. So I lost fat and gained muscle which has been my goal.

I current ly look better as the after pic was two weeks ago!

Here they are so be nice!

Sixty days? You're doing very good so far and with the added AAS, you'll do even better. Best of luck to ya!

Wow!!! Both pics are super dramatic!

Your back is taking on a really nice "V" shape, and for some reason you even look taller!

I am not really doing much cardio at all! I may do it once or twise a week for 30 min. It is really about diet and lifting intensity!!! I did do a 2 week clen cycle at first but have really not taken anything in the way of fat burners or anything.

I must say I bet my progress would be much better if I did di more cardio but, I HATE IT!! I would rather lift more!

Bro ~
I am a former Cardio JUNKIE I get the boredom of it but it is a key element... it doesn't mean you gotta be chained to a machine you can get your cardio outdoors... Im spoiled I live in an area where I can utilize the outside world year round... be creative with your cardio... in every aspect if you get my drift hehehe. sorry I got side tracked... I love lifting now more than ever but am too having a hard time w/cardio BUT... it is a must, just try to be creative and try to post any fun ideas you come across.

I am now playing league softball and it's good cardio. I am doiing more cardio to strip the rest of my BF. Another thing I do a few times a week now is ride my bicycle to the gym and back. It takes about 15 min each way and seems to be helping.

I still hate cardio!!!! LOL

Hey ~
I've been to a few fitness boot camps this past year run by IFBB Pro Jen Hendershott, and one thing I've really taken from them other that an ass kicking work out is... you/we don't Have to do this ... we GET to!!! We have healthy strong bodies that we are capable of pushing... f***ing push it.
It can all be taken away from use with the beat of a heart, its a blessing not a task... Lecture over...
Gosh I love this place... y'all never let me down I always leave here motivated! Y'all freakin ROCK!!!
p.s. no I was never a cheerleader... honestly...

I will never forget an article in a old issue of "Muscle and Fitness", 1977, the one with Schwarzenegger on the cover after winning 7 IFBB's in a row!. The article wrote, "Cardiovascular exercise is necessary to achieve "the pump", vascularity, and maximum muscle mass"! I don't like doing cardio either, but I don't want to look half my size neither! 232 lb! and getting bigger! I'll probably top at 245 or 250 lb. and lean to 240 lb. and maintain the weight. I use bodybuilding as a intimidation tool at my job! WORKS GREAT!!.

Its called a foyer got damn it. j/k I noticed the trim and tile too. I would have hated to trim that curved wall.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I will post my 90 day pix next week. I will be losing a couple weeks due to my cracked ribs but there should be a difference!

Once again, thanks alot!!!
