What do you guys think.. I just dont understand my frame..
23 yrs old
5'8"
165lbs
Bi's - 14.75"
Chest - 41"
Forearms - 12.5"

My goal is to gain mass ..
I don't think my size fits my strength..
For example, my last chest day went like this..
Flat Bench BB: 215x6 215x6 225x6
Incline DB: 80 DB's x 6 / 3 sets
Dips

I've worked out on and off for years, but never ever get mass.. Finally I am doing it right I guess, I'm up to 165 from 150 in 6 weeks.. I workout 5 days a week...

These pics are horrible imo, but they get the point across.. No pics of my wheels cause its pointless, I had reconstructive surgery on my right foot 2 times, so my right calf is half the size of my left.. I'm working on growing it up, but no luck as of yet.. I am just frustrated with my physical apperance progress.. Thanks!

good base......... I would say stick to a good meal plan..... hit up the basics (lots of squats, deadlifts, dips, pull ups and more core exercises) you will be fine in no time at all.

work hard in the gym because it is never easy :chomp:

you are gaining over 2 lbs./week. keep that up and you won't be dissatisfied with your size for long

You're growing so that's great, you've just got to be patient. If I were to evaluate your chest routine I would say more volume would help (assuming you're only hitting chest 1x per week). I think you need more reps in your first 2 sets of bench. I just have had my best results going to failure on every set and you're not doing that if you're 215 for 6 then 225 for 6. I would say go 185 for 12 then 205 for 10 then 225 for as many as you can get (probably 6-7) and then 225 again for as many as you can. I would add another set of incline dumbells and If you're only doing 1 set of dips bump that to 3. That will spur some growth but you're doing great even if you don't change things up.

Patience like everyone else said. You have a real good base to bulk off of though. Just KILL THAT SHIT and stay consistent with the eating and intense training. Keep it up!

Youve got plenty of natural potential before even considering juice. Im still natural nearly ten years later, and still progressing. I want to build a large natural base first before considering real AAS. Not even sure Ill go on it.

Is that 15lbs ypour up just from hitting the gym for 6wks or have u taken any aditives?Either way gaining good

The only way I grow is if I make sure to keep my eyes nice and bloodshot during each set. If you aint fuckin up those weights it just isn't fun anyway right. keep em crimson for the best results. :kaioken:
