6 Weeks Clean.. Update...

ok..
so ended a 10 weeker about 6 weeks back.
ending weight was about 91kg.

since, i been on pct which was nolvadex 40mg a day for 6 weeks, hcg 5000i.u every 4 days for 3 weeks.

creatine at 5g a day.
daily caloric intake slightly higher at around 3500-4000 cals.

this wont sound real but i managed to maintain same BF% while increasing muscle mass. i weigh 96kg!!

yes.. thats 11 pounds heavier since cycle ended.
why?

a new training method.

positive: explode as fast as possible.
negative: like rubber band let weight down and back to starting position.

lift clean but as heavy as possible while maintaining proper form.
at the rate i'm goin, no need for sauce.

the key, i strongly strongly believe, was the explosive positive.
i read in an article that powerlifters do that..
and those fuckers are strong and massive.

so i gave it a shot and damn did it work.

prior to that, my positive was about 3 seconds.
now its barely .5 seconds.
 
i love going down kinda slow, stopping for a second then exploding the weight up.. even tho im not using heavy heavy weight , its enough to give me a great workout

if you maintained your body fat % and gained wait then you did put on some fat. Maybe it was unnoticable though?

either way, putting on weight postcycle, very good man, congrats.

Bro i do the same method, my trainer has me doing that, Also flex between sets to fatigue the muscle fibers and you will use different fibers for each set. This method works great because like arnold says you concentrate on each muscle contraction using the mind muscle link, Why use nolva for PCT is very weak for that, why not use clomid? jsut a thought

Nolva and HCG is a good PCT. Go read the PCT forum and Jenetic will learn you about clomid and how nolva does a better job.

post some recent pics bro, when will you be "on" again for your little contest or are you going the natty way for the comp you have going with carth? how tall are you? i am 6ft 195lbs and its easy to get over 200 w/gear but when i come off i always plummet back down to 190's maybe i need to try your routine or maybe primo...i have never used it b4 :verygood:

Satch , this has been key in strength training for a long time.
In terms of barbell movements, strength is not measured by how much weight you lift , but how fast you can make the bar move.

You can lift 1/2 your max as long as you make the bar move as fast as your muscles can without breaking form.

How many times do we read about bro's posting up there positive results shortly after a cycle compared to fellas posting that have still kept their gains 4-6 weeks after. To me, the science is not figuring out how gain while on, that's the easy part, but keeping it around afterwards and having something to show for it, that's where it's at!! GOOD FOR YOU SATCH....
 
honestly, ive allways read in anabolics 2003 and steroid bible and anabolic review that nolvadex was weak for pct compared to clomid

I have been lifting like this since I started weight training.. Never new this was a certain way to lift. I just like the feeling.. Push or pull heavy as I can with form as perfect as possible, and then when you bring it back as slowly as possible you can feel all the muscles working. Even some that wouldn't be directly hit by the movement..
 
Congrats Satch, sounds like youhave the PCT down pat to suit your body chemistry...That is the thing that a lot of bro's don't understand...What may work for sime, may not work for others. My thing is about 1/2 that amount of HCGm 2 weeks of Nolva and then a ton of herbals...The herbal works extremely well for me and I will continue what I am doing until I find something better.
 
Congrats on the results satchie! I trained w/ a couple power lifters last summer and learned alot about different & better ways to train. I love! I don't really lift PL right now but I incorporate a lot of the ideas. That explosive move rocks!

Well, certainly possible to do good without the sauce. I'm 12 months natty. Well impressed, but wait until I cycle again - I'll be the biggest MOFO in town!
 
The weight you put on post cycle could be from the creatine. It makes the muscles retain water and increases the volume of your muscles cells. Great wokr man I hope my gains are on par with yours. Although, I am just on my first cycle. I have a lot of catching up to do.

Awesome results man. I'm more impressed with your natural results than I am with your primo cycle.

Absolutely key is the explosive/accelerating positve. The purpose of a muscle is to generate force and perform work. Force = Mass X Acceleration. In general most BBers don't even systematically vary the mass or total volume no less set their workouts up according to the overwhelmingly standard dual factor theory but they seem to completely ignore the Acceleration portion of that fairly fundemental equation. Acceleration has a multiplication sign attaching it to mass. That says a ton about maximizing the effect of the stimulus when lifting a given weight whether it's for BBing, PLing, or sports performance purposes.

If you were interested in learning more about dual factor theory post #13 in this thread has 3 links that go into detail - the thread is based on a fairly common dual factor program.
