1-ad does not constitute a cycle...you're wasting your money.

i know its not a true "cycle" but i couldnt come up with a better term

i had really good workouts this week, especially thursday, back day

deads-455lb single
barbell rows-315lbx5
t bar-5platesx5
pulldowns-stackx4

my body feels really full and i'm getting good pumps

Why do I smell troll all over this post? Awesome looking 'cycle' bro, I bet those pumps are awesome! And you have good lifts too, lets me guess, you took some andro and creatine a few years back? With lifts like that, you must have!

Now seriously, if you aren't a troll, then you are wasting your money. Pat is a smart man, and maybe he really will come up with some stuff that works as good as the real deal. But you won't get dick off that stuff, except an empty wallet. I think that stuff goes for 70$ a bottle. at 4 bottles, plus that other stuff you could have gotten a lot of real gear for that price.

lift harder?

i knew i was gonna get some flack for the 1-ad, but lift harder?
i thought i was doin pretty good. i'm stronger than i have ever been. i thought my wights were decent for only bein 205lb at 5'11''.

so c3bodybuilding and steel adams:
my lifts are going up, but if they r not were they should be give me advice.

plus many have had good results on 1-ad w/o sides, thats why i have tried it. i'm 22 and have never really gone past protiens for my supps. i would like to get a bit more time under my belt before i turn to the needle. i have only been goin at for lil over a year, but have added 40lbs of muscle.

peace

The reality of prohormones and other knock off crap like that is that they work as placebos. Results are purely psychological. It's amazing what the mond can do when we really try. Though they are based on scientific prinipals, prohormones simply aren't powerfull enought o stimulate any physiological response. They DO NOT elevate testosterone levels enough to create and anabolic environment and the effect is so short lived that there is no time for anything physiologicaly anabolic to occur. They are for the most part scams sold to uneducated, desparate, throw money at any claim consumers who are unwilling to get the facts for themselves. I'm not flaming you, just simply telling you you wasted your money.

Also, pro-complex, maltodextrin, and flax seed oil don't constitute supplements. They're simply food items. We don't consider eggs, table sugar, or olive oil supplements. We call them food and that's what protein powders, carb powders, and various oils are. The fat intake in your diet is high. I would replace some of those fat calories with calories from protein. Keep fat at around 100g a day and make up some of the lost calories through protein. According to your nutrient breakdown 42% of your daily calories are derrived from fat...WAY too much. 20% should be tops for any bodybuilder/strength athelete. At 200 pounds you should try to get 400g of protein a day.

It's too late to take them back and get your lost money back, so foccus all you have into your diet, training, and rest and you'll do very well as those are the only things that matter. Just next time think before you buy. Perhaps next "cycle" you can run a real cycle and see the comparison for yourself.

placebo/andro?

No, I must say guys, before I ever did the real juice, I did about a year on and off of the androstenedione, norandro, -9, -4, -15, and a bunch of other numbers that 'tards like me don't understand. All legal over-the-counter. I did not grow like I do on juice, but my body never saw riods except many years back with a little bit of oral Winstrol for boxing. Remember, the stuff does convert to the equivalent of synthetic roids in the body. The QUANTITY is the key. It is not nearly as much. I gained some true muscle and some strength. The stuff works to a degree. Was also doing the creatine.
This guy is young and just getting into the game in his first few years. I think it is great he is working his ass off in the gym and getting strength gains, and almost naturally. If you are growing and getting stronger, and are happy with your progress, keep it up. You have a lot of years ahead to think about sticking your butt with needles.
One thing to keep in mind, though - objectively speaking, regardless of what we consume, there are benefits in some areas and drawbacks in others. Pouring a ton of the over-the-counter stuff orally into your body is not necessarily "safe" just because it is legal. One must think of the wear and tear on the organs, especially liver, kidneys, and heart vs. the gains. If you could do a low-dose cycle of injectable Decadurabolin vs. bottle after bottle of the andro stuff, you may be hurting your organs less! I'm no expert, but I have been doing the supplement-training game for over 15 years (yes, 15) and just got into roids about two years ago. I sometimes wish I would have saved my $ from the piles of supplements and bought some juice a long time before. You are young, so keep up the good work, and keep it all in perspective. SLOW progress is the key to quality.

begining of week 3.

40 lbs

40 lbs of muscle in a year,..wow, I did all that prohormone crap for a year and ended up with 8 lbs. Thats all, and I credit that to my workouts and diet. But hey if your body is that responsive, just imagine what you would like if yoiu had done gear instead of prohormones, Incredible Hulk.
Anyway, I soon realized that gear is just as safe if not safer than prohormones and they actually work.

40lbs

let me explain about the fourty pounds.
before i got into real bodybuilding, i was 165lbs at about 16%bf.
my workouts after i hurt my knee consisted of the regular college guy stuff, some bench, curls, flys, no legs. i ate once maybe twice a day and played lots of hoops, smoked lots of green.

i stopped smoking trees about 3 yrs ago n started to take school more seriously. my next step was i decided i didn't want to look shitty any more, i looked like all the other college guys.

i started eating right and started doing real workouts with deads squats, rows and using a body split. that was january 2001
now i am 207lbs at about 10-11%bf

the reason i was able to put on so much wieght was because i started with nothing.

and it is one of the best things i have ever done for myself, i hope everyone else has the positive feelings about bodybuilding, powerlifting and fitness in general as well.

peace to my iron family

finishing up week four. still feelin good. wieghed 209lbs today.
eating about 300g protien, 250-300g carbs. been doing 3 thirty minute cardio sesssions a week. been taking 2 xenadrin caps before cardio. thinking of trying Yohimburn.

finishing week six.
weigh 212lbs
going to taper down for aprx 2 wks
then take anti-estrogen
strength way up
bench 275 1x4
squat 315 2x8
dead 405 1x3
looking at changing diet for lean out
thinking maybe youhimburn

BWAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAAAAAAAAAAHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know some of you goody goodies out there are going to give me shit about " give 'em a break he's trying" well FUCK that !!!! maybe i'm an asshole here and thats fine with me ...........................but it sounds a little fishy to me!!

Bro, I wasn't trying to imply that you should go out and juice today. I was just saying that those products don't give you jack for the money you pay. In other words, it would be better to keep training with out them, and save up your money. Maybe in a few years, if you feel the need, then look into further 'supplementation'. ;p

As for the people doubting 40lbs in a year natural, it CAN be done. I went from 144.5 to 191 in a year natural. It all depends on the person I guess. I am waiting for Genarr to pipe in any second and give the 'what's wrong with you people! you think you can't grow without gear?! I'm gonna go nuke a cat." speech, LOL just kidding. Seriously, he and others have a point. People can grow without the sauce. If you can't gain seriously your first couple years out, then you are doing something wrong in the lines of training, and nutrition.

And again to the original poster, if you're not a troll, and serious, thats cool. Just don't waste your money any further, you won't get much bro. Keep hitting it hard, and you will get where you want to go in no time... Good luck

c3b- I'm NOT a troll!!!:D

I know that 'sups' are not going to give me the results that gear would. There are alot of people who have had good results from the 1-ad, so I gave it a try.
I have nothing against aas. Down the road I will probably use them. But right now, in the area I am in, I no longer have good contacts to obtain anyhting. AND I AM NOT GOING TO BUY FROM SOME GUY JUST BECAUSE HE SAYS HE CAN GET IT!!!!!
Sorry had to vent that because about 3 guys at my gym just had gyno surgury because they didn't know what they were using.

Later, I have class.....

I can tell you one thing for certain...
Pro-hormones will definitely not help your 400m dash...
Or do anything else for that matter except give you some sensitive and puffy nips.
