6 week challenge-week 3

I'm up for extending it however long, I'm still 220 though. :mad:

I'm gonna stop looking at the scale everyday because it's starting to piss me off.

I'll weigh once a week on mondays as soon as I wake up.

Stop your whining! That's what we ladies have to live with everyday! Now, throw out your scale and just concentrate on the body fat. Don't forget, that's all water. It'll go away!!!!! Now you know how we feel!!!!:D
 
I'm up for extending it... especially since Labor Day weekend is only a couple weeks away. Labor Day weekend = picnics = food. I will slightly change my goals to reflect 12 weeks instead of 6.
 
Might as well. I need to be fairly lean by Christmas, I'm going on a cruise and need to have nice abs if I'm going to be in a swimsuit at all and people might see me.
 
I think I might need to join this.....my diet hasn't been too good. It's a vicious cycle.
 
Well, I still want to hit my goal by the end. But I'll just set another goal for the second 6 weeks or whatever,
 
I'm still in. Going to the gym more regularly, eating slightly better.

But I think that instead of extending the challenge, we do a second one at the end of this one. That way, more folks may jump in and people who have fallen off the bandwagon can jump back in.
 
I'm still in. Been making decent progress. Going to the gym more eating better. Lost a few pounds. Its going good. Keep it up everyone.
