I have a 6 pack, my core is very good. I can do 13 hanging leg raises with a 8lb dumbell between my feet (hanging like a starting pullup position).
My core is strong, my obliques are kind of big and im wondering what I can do to make them go away?
Seems like either
A) do shoulder/lat exercises and create more of a V taper look to make them appear smaller
B) lose fat and go from 10% to 7%
I want to do option A, but I love working out abs. I want them a little bigger but not my obliques, any help?
